Free Summer Concert Series – Les Fireflies

Experience the City of Fredericton’s free summer concert series this summer in the historic backdrop of Officers’ Square within the Garrison District! Taking place every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7pm featuring a variety of local performances and travelling artists.

About the band: 
Les Fireflies is a dynamic duo consisting of award-winning fiddlers, multi-instrumentalists, and singer-songwriters Samantha Robichaud and Louise Vautour. With rich solo careers spanning the globe, they now unite to offer an unforgettable kitchen party experience, blending Scottish, Irish, and Acadian music. Louise Vautour, deeply passionate about Celtic music, began playing the fiddle at 13 and later studied Irish music in Dublin. She has toured internationally and released her own album, Traces. Samantha Robichaud, a prolific recording artist, has released eight acclaimed albums and earned accolades such as the MusicNB award for "Collaborative Musician of the Year" and the Daniel Pearl Memorial Violin. Together, they create an authentic and vibrant musical experience that celebrates Celtic and Acadian traditions.
