The UNB Art Centre and Connexion ARC present Displacement. This group exhibition is curated by Emily Blair, Director of Connexion ARC, and showcases a broad scope of work from Connexion’s Members: Amy Siegel, Erin Goodine, Lee McLean, Marianna Lewis, Philip Hare, Ralph Simpson, Sabine LeBel, Sienna Ingham, Susan Judah, and Tara MacDougall. 
 

In the spirit of the Halloween season, the Fredericton Society of Saint Andrew is offering a one-hour tour of the Old Burial Ground, officially recognized as a National Historic Place with its earliest tombstones dating back to the 1780s. Tours start outside the Fredericton Region Museum at 571 Queen Street in Officers’ Square and will proceed on foot to the Old Burial Ground located between Brunswick and George Streets. 

Tours take place in the afternoons (2:30pm) and evenings (5:30pm): October 24, 25, 26 and 29, 30 and 31. 

Dans l’esprit de l’Halloween, la Fredericton Society of Saint Andrew propose une visite d’une heure de l’ancien cimetière, reconnu officiellement comme lieu historique national et dont les plus anciennes pierres tombales remontent aux années 1780. Les visites commencent à l’extérieur du Musée de la région de Fredericton, au 571, rue Queen, à la place des Officiers, d’où partiront les participants pour se rendre à pied à l’ancien cimetière situé entre les rues Brunswick et George.

Step into the shadows at Laughing Apple Farm’s Scare Maze, happening October 17, 18, 24, and 25. From 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., the maze offers a lighter, family-friendly experience tailored for younger guests. As night falls, the atmosphere shifts, grown-ups are invited to brave the darker, spookier side of the maze from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Whether you're in it for the fun or the fright, this fall experience promises something for everyone.

Les 17, 18, 24 et 25 octobre, aventurez-vous dans l’obscurité au labyrinthe effrayant de Laughing Apple Farm. De plus, une expérience familiale moins effrayante adaptée aux plus jeunes est offerte de 14 h à 17 h. À la tombée de la nuit, de 18 h à 20 h 30, l’atmosphère se transforme et les adultes sont invités à braver le côté sombre et terrifiant du labyrinthe. Que ce soit pour le plaisir ou pour l’effroi, cette expérience automnale saura plaire à tous.

Food Market at the Ex, located on the Capital Exhibit Centre grounds offers a variety of international flavors.

Featuring anywhere between 7-10 vendors ranging from Greek, Syrian, Jamaican, Korean, Mexican, and more. 

The market operates from 11am-6pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Le marché alimentaire au centre d’exposition, situé sur le terrain du Centre d’exposition de la capitale, propose une diversité de saveurs internationales.

On y trouve de 7 à 10 marchands offrant des mets grecs, syriens, jamaïcains, coréens et mexicains, entre autres. 

Le marché est ouvert de 11 h à 18 h les vendredis, samedis et dimanches.
