Join us in the Fredericton Capital Region to see the moon align with the sun for the Solar Eclipse – April 8, 2024!

Late afternoon of Monday April 8, a total solar eclipse will take place and Fredericton will be one of the best spots in the world to see this spectacular phenomenon !  

The sun will be completely blocked out by the moon for 2-3 minutes and a partial eclipse visible for about 2 hours.   

We’ll be celebrating this grand spectacle of nature with exhibits, public observing session,  special programming and presentations.
