Join us for the Annual Grand Lake JDI Fishing Derby on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 8am to 2pm at Grand Lake! Whether you're an experienced angler or just looking to enjoy a day on the water, this exciting event is perfect for all fishing enthusiasts.

The first prize for registration is a Canoe with life vests and paddles, so be sure to register early! You can pre-register at the Chipman Fish & Game Club Facebook page or at the Chipman Village Office from July 7th to July 25th to be eligible for this fantastic prize.

The derby will feature prizes for the longest fish in the following species: Small Mouth Bass, Chain Pickerel, White Perch, and Yellow Perch. Prizes will be awarded based on the length of each fish, per species.

Come out for a day of friendly competition, great prizes, and outdoor fun!
