The Shogomoc Walking Bridge is a suspension bridge situated at the mouth of the Shogomoc stream just outside of Nacakwic. Before the development of the Mactaquac Hydro Dam, a bridge crossed the stream on the old road. The remains of the old bridge can be observed just above the waterline from the walking bridge, and if the Wolastoq (Saint John River) water levels are low, the Shogomoc stream's waterfall can be seen as well. Offering breathtaking views, the suspension bridge provides access to a walking trail that is situated along the banks of the water.
