Take in some community theatre with Theatre UNB’s “Dead Man’s Cell Phone” from Wednesday, February 7 to Saturday, February 10 at UNB’s Memorial Hall.

In Dead Man’s Cell Phone by Sarah Ruhl, Jean finds herself in a café beside a dead man whose cellphone won’t stop ringing. Taking possession of his phone, and developing an obsession with both it and him, she gradually works her way into his life, his family, and his work, and ends up on a journey that will take her across the globe, not to mention the afterlife.

You won’t want to miss this surreal dark comedy about life, death, loneliness, and the need for human connection, directed by Len Falkenstein and produced and performed by the students of UNB’s Drama 3170.
