Right in the Eye (En plein dans l’oeil) is a movie-concert experience, taking place at the Fredericton Playhouse on Thursday, March 21 at 7:30pm.

It celebrates and breathes new life into the works of legendary filmmaker Georges Méliès.

The show begins with an introduction and commentary, and includes ten of Méliès’ best-known films.

Each of Méliès’ films is given a new, original score, composed by artist and creator Jean-François Alcoléa, and performed with a unique orchestral arrangement of over thirty instruments (including saucepans, wind chimes, musical saw, and many more).
