Totality at Sunset, Beeclipse 2024 is a tasting adventure to remember for decades, taking place on Monday, April 8 from 3pm-6pm at the St. Mary’s Entertainment Centre.
View the rare eclipse event while sipping a locally crafted ten-year-old Solera aged mead.
Ten years ago, when Sunset Meadery opened, part of the first batch of base mead, Muse, began aging on oak and 6 years later transferred into Ex-Bourbon Casks, and then most recently transferred into single malt whisky barrels imported from Scotland to age for the last three months leading up to the eclipse.
This will transform this amazing Solera aged mead into a range of four unique expressions which will be available on Monday, April 8.
You’re invited to join Sunset Meadery to view the Eclipse (with provided CE certified glasses for safe viewing) while sipping on the finished mead expressions in a commemorative glass. Enjoy the sounds of world-famous classical guitarist, Ewan Dobson and enjoy hors d’ouvres prepared by the on-site restaurant, the Pine Tree Bar & Grill.
Your ticket price also includes a case or barrel of mead to take home.
No need to drive! If you live in Fredericton, the St. Mary’s shuttle bus will be available for a complimentary return home.
*Only 100 tickets to this event will be sold!
