Join Don Kelly on March 21st at 7 p.m. via Zoom to learn more about the upcoming solar eclipse in New Brunswick! This rare astronomical event will take place on April 8th, and Fredericton will be in the direct path of the eclipse for viewing.

Don Kelly is a retired science teacher, outdoor education coordinator, science consultant and elementary teacher. He is an amateur astronomer, a founding member of the Dr. William Brydone Jack Astronomy Club in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and a member of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (RASC). He teaches astronomy at the University of New Brunswick through the college of Extended Learning. Don has studied writing for children by means of the Maritime Writers’ Workshop via Sheree Fitch. His latest book, "Deer Island Mystery", is a 2019 Canadian Hackmatack Award finalist in the English fiction category.
