MONCTON, NB - Last night, we celebrated three wins at the 40th Annual Tourism Summit & Awards Gala hosted by TIANB / AITNB in Moncton, where we recognized New Brunswick's top tourism operators.
Congratulations to Nancy Pedersen, Crabbe Mountain Inn and Robin Hanson for their achievement at the TIANB / AITNB Tourism Summit & Awards Gala this evening.
Our partners took home the following awards:
Nancy Pedersen at Crowne Plaza Fredericton-Lord Beaverbrook - Ambassador Award.
At 16 years old, Nancy started working at the Lord Beaverbrook Hotel, and 51 years later, she is now the Executive Housekeeper of the Crowne Plaza Fredericton-Lord Beaverbrook.
Crabbe Mountain Inn - Industry Partnership Award.
Crabbe Mountain Inn has established meaningful partnerships with local tourism businesses to offer new services and incentives. From ski-and-stay packages with discounts on lift tickets and rentals to delectable meals made with locally sourced produce to collaborating with outdoor sports and ATV clubs, the inn is dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience to its guests.
Robin Hanson – Pioneer Award.
Robin Hanson is a multi-talented individual who has made countless contributions to the New Brunswick tourism industry for over 40 years. Hanson has left his mark in many parts of the Fredericton-Oromocto area and all-over New Brunswick - it's hard to find a place where he hasn't left his mark!
It is a huge achievement to be nominated so a big round of applause to all of our finalists!
