Beer Poking Event

  • -

Beer Poking, or bierstacheln in German, is a 400-year-old tradition that began with blacksmiths using hot pokers to warm up their beer enough to drink comfortably in the cold winter months in Bavaria. Trailway Brewing will be using hot pokers to dip in a selection of our darker sweeter beers. This will not only warm them up but completely change the flavour profile with caramelization.

Storm date: Saturday, February 8.

Le long du sentier, nous chercherons des traces d'animaux, des excréments et d'autres signes de la présence d'animaux dans les environs.
