Located in the charming Village of Gagetown, just 40 minutes from Fredericton, Charlotte’s Family Orchard is home to more than 30 varieties of apples throughout the season. Early-season picks give way to later varieties such as Honeycrisp, Cortland, McIntosh, Alexander, Wolf River, Dudley, Brunswicker, Russet, Jonagold, Ginger Gold and Evangeline, a New Brunswick variety. Charlotte’s also offers plums, corn, squash and other seasonal vegetables.

The farm grows a variety of apples throughout the season, including McIntosh, Cortland, McGowan, Wolf River, Spartan and Gala. Nestled in Burton, it’s a quick 30-minute drive from downtown Fredericton, making it a great stop to add to a scenic fall drive through the countryside and towards the Grand Lake area. Johnny Appleseed Orchard

Since 1954, Johnny Appleseed Orchard has been a beloved stop in picturesque Keswick Ridge. Located just 20 minutes from downtown Fredericton, the orchard offers a variety of apples for picking throughout the season, along with a farm stand where you can stock up on fresh local produce and other goodies. When you’re finished picking, head around the corner to Skinny’s Scoop & Café for ice cream, a bite to eat and a visit with the farm animals at their petting zoo. Doucette's U-Pick
